Tired Earlier

What's that all about? I get super tired at night now like when I was working out 2x a day. Zumba in the morning then skating at night. The only thing I'm doing differently is Yoli. I have to force myself to stay up past 11 and really I should go to bed at 10pm. I don't get the miracle that Yoli is although everyone else on the Facebook Yoli forum seems to have that figured out. I am taking Alkalete and using the shakes and Passion. I like that Passion has Caffeine and gives me its perks without artificial sweeteners or sugar. It's sad that I see the difference with the healthier Caffeine alternative. I am eating much better but I've been doing that since I was diagnosed.
