15 And it came to pass that there was no ^acontention in the land, because of the ^blove of God which did dwell in the hearts of the people.

 16 And there were no ^aenvyings, nor ^bstrifes, nor ^ctumults, nor whoredoms, nor lyings, nor murders, nor any manner of^dlasciviousness; and surely there could not be a ^ehappier people among all the people who had been created by the hand of God.

 17 There were no robbers, nor murderers, neither were there Lamanites, nor any manner of -ites; but they were in ^aone, the children of Christ, and heirs to the kingdom of God.

 18 And how blessed were they! For the Lord did bless them in all their doings; yea, even they were blessed and prospered until an hundred and ten years had passed away; and the first generation from Christ had passed away, and there was no contention in all the land.

This to me is the best time to live on the earth AND all without the net, smartphones and anything digital. We with the best technology should have the best and worst ever. 

I am trying to eat well again after eating horribly at ULA. Those meals were all catered and I didn't pay attention to avoiding bread or anything sweet. I ate french fries at our company get-together too. Sharla's retirement dinner is next Friday. I just avoid my one coworker. He hasn't complained again BUUUT REALLY what the hell do you have to complain about since you've done NOTHING. On the 20th I have to pick up the lady from ALA at the airport. I think it's a fantastic opportunity to meet someone from our national organization. The 21st is our Great Issues forum featuring her and some guy who used to work for the NSA. He is an expert in the field and consulted by the major networks regularly. He lives in Salt Lake City or we probably couldn't afford him. This will be an interesting discussion.
