Trish had massage chairs and students from Broadmoor? College majoring in massage therapy give free massages to ULA conference attendees. It was VERY nice. That and her chocolate fountain Thursday evening were perfect. Why doesn't Stevens-Henager College have a massage therapy program???!!! I would looove students asking me if they can practice their massage techniques on me. Instead they try to take my blood, vitals or give me injections. I just keep saying NOOO!!! The pre-conference was on Wednesday and although I signed up for the security presentation, I attended the rest of my committee's presentation on privacy. It was a detailed account on how EVERYTHING we do online is tracked.

I think that's just common sense and I don't really care that it is. I care about keeping my money secure online but not much else. Kristen said last night that some guys in our ward are just enjoying the attention they're receiving because they never got it before. Since our ward is filled with men who aren't very attractive they are receiving attention they never did before. I hadn't really thought of that but I think there's a lot of truth to that.

Kristen was talking about some gorgeous guy she was stalking until she figured out he was getting married. I asked her additional questions and it is Krista's fiance Anthony. Wow! He doesn't do it for me AT ALL although I do think he's attractive. I am glad he knows how lucky he is to have Krista in his life. His family treats her very well which I like very much. I am happy for her. He is what she wanted and she doesn't have a problem with his past or present. I do and I would and that's why I'm still single and she's getting married. She isn't avoiding me so I think whatever it was the other Sunday is finished.

My presentation went well and several people approached me and talked about it with me more. Some lady said it was the best one she attended there.

There are men who are good-looking AND intelligent and socially adept. Of course most of them are married.

Enos

And my soul ahungered; and I bkneeled down before my Maker, and I ccried unto him in mighty dprayer and supplication for mine own soul; and all the day long did I cry unto him; yea, and when the night came I did still raise my voice high that it reached the heavens.
And there came a avoice unto me, saying: Enos, thy sins arebforgiven thee, and thou shalt be blessed.
Your Four Minutes - Bishop Gary E. Stevenson
This life is your four minutes. While you are here, your actions will determine whether you win the prize of eternal life.
These spiritual markers are the essential God-given ordinances of the gospel: baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, priesthood ordinations, temple ordinances, and partaking of the sacrament each week.
Whatever it may be, do it now. Don’t wait. Your four minutes will pass quickly, and you’ll have eternity to think about what you did in this life.
Self-discipline is needed. Daily prayer, scripture study, and church attendance must be the foundation of your training. A consistent pattern of obeying the commandments, keeping the covenants you have made, and following the Lord’s standard found in For the Strength of Youth is required.
