Urban Poly Princess

The sisters haven't texted me back yet. I wish I knew what was going on. I'd like to make alternative plans IF we don't do this!!! If I don't have to take them I'll leave on Friday and hang out with my mom AND watch conference with her, visit my brother and his family in Provo Saturday and then watch with my mom Sunday. After that I can just drive to Noe's house and hang out with Jared, his family and my other cousins.

The sisters need to get back to me asap. They are taking their time. I texted them again saying we can either do this Sunday OR I would go to SLC Friday. They have a day and a half to figure this out OR I'm leaving Friday to SLC and I won't be back until Monday morning. I love conference and I love being there in person BUUUT I've done this so many times before AND I ushered there too when I was a conference guide several times as well. All guides were asked to help the ushers during conference. I loved it BUT it is a looong day.

I FINALLY heard from the sisters. I won't be leaving Friday. I will only leave EARLY Sunday. Lily may come or she may not. Although I asked if she could just use Justin's ticket, Sis. Sonasi didn't say yes sooo I'm not going to encourage her to come if she doesn't have a ticket. I need to school my emotions. Conference will still be fun. I just won't be able to spend time with my mother like I want to do. I know I'll be blessed for helping the missionaries. It just seems kind of pointless without investigators or new baptisms for them to accompany. I never attended anything as a missionary unless I had an investigator to go with me. They still need to see Conference however and Justin's last minute cancellation makes changing plans difficult. Conference is just like attending church. I need to remind myself of that and resist judging the sisters.
