I'm sooo happy! The sisters texted me this morning when I was meeting with Brian my accountant. He is awesome. He gave me some forms that'll help me when I do the Real Estate thing. My federal taxes are only $80 this year AND I have a state refund of $14. I can't remember these EVER being this low OR getting a refund back.

I could've kept my couch until November AND NOT paid anything BUT I actually like it being gone so I don't do anything to it in the meantime. I'm going to clean my house and then call my mother and drive to SLC. I can stop at Target in Riverdale on the way and get my free watch!!!
