I'm planning on taking Raspberry Keytone Liquid. This is EXACTLY what I want to try and combine with a Body-4-Life/Zumba Workout/diet. Dr. Oz endorsed it which is great. The liquid form absorbs 98% compared to the pills that only absord at most 18%.

I went to bed last night at 10:30 instead of the 10pm I planned. I'm not as tired. I didn't get any burst of energy or revelation last night. It's probably like my mission.
