Urban Poly Princess

Not only is the rent NOT just 699, there are also hidden fees like the internet and DiretTV cable. It is live in ALL apartments so I don't really get how to get around that. If I move before June 15th the price will be 739 and after that it'll be 759. I wanted something on the ground level and there are 2 available now. I have a feelling they will be available whenever I need them.

I never planned on moving this quickly but I will if that's what needs to happen. I just spoke with my realtor who wants a 30-day notice so maybe NOT that fast. How the heck am I going to survive this heat in the meantime???!!! The heating/AC guy is supposed to come tomorrow to see if he can find the leak. THEN the owner is supposed to decide whether he wants to replace the AC or not. If he decides NOT to replace it there is no way in hell I'm staying there.

In my head I've already moved to The Falls at Riverwoods. Although it's more expensive I can rent out a room and make some money/save some money for a bit. I don't have to do that forever however. I REALLY like that.
