My Random Blogging Therapy
I had no idea what my BS would read today. I ate an entire pizza last night. Today I ate a candy bar, a small bag of cheetos and spinah along with deli ham. After testing my BS it had the lowest level I've EVER had. 106. I made spam/egg/broccoli/spinach/shredded carrot stir-fry with Aloha Soy Sauce, minced garlic and a little sesame oil ad truvia.
This makes me feel really good because I know I can eat crap once in awhile.
