Yoli day 2

It is fine if you eat all your meals on time. I have to REALLY be careful. I was trying to catch Sharla to approve the book purchase for next module. I caught right in the nick of time but it interrupted my meal time. I saw a chef make fish tacos on Good things Utah. He used radicchio lettuce that is perfect for wrapping stuff in.

I met with Trish to visit some of our less active and new members. I didn't have a chance to eat lunch OR dinner. It was also hot in Trish's car and I had my coat on. I started to feel nauseous, car sick and like I might throw up. As soon as I got home I had to lie down. Eventually I felt a little better so I wrapped deli turkey and cottage cheese in radicchio lettuce. It was so good AND I didn't have very much coconut mile so I added a little water but  I didn't add that much liquid. THAT made the difference.
