I made my first batch of my own saimin. I have a lot of the flavor packets from when I'd buy ramen noodles and use them for any number of things. Cheap and so versatile. They are awesome used as spaghetti noodles when I don't want to wait. They are also great for stir-fried noodle dishes. Now I'm only using my low-carb dream pasta that I found at Walmart for 1.77!!! Sooo much cheaper than Smith's and sooo much better for my wallet. This morning I boiled angel hair pasta, fried an egg with spam and cut up broccoli and green onions. Then I got here and assembled my noodles, egg, spam, broccoli, spinach and green onions plus shredded carrots, a shrimp seasoning packet then covered the whole thing in water and nuked it for a little over a minute. It is JUST what I needed. Yummy, yummy!!! Some char siu pork and fish cake would've made it perfect!!! I CAN still have saimin when I'm sick! I had my egg drop soup yesterday. I also had miso soup. Soup is fantastic because it is filling AND I can get my veggies in. I need to buy more soup mix from Walmart. I want that Chinese sour/spicy soup right now.

5 And there were great and marvelous works wrought by the disciples of Jesus, insomuch that they did aheal the sick, and braisethe dead, and cause the lame to walk, and the blind to receive their sight, and the deaf to hear; and all manner of cmiracles did they work among the children of men; and in nothing did they work miracles save it were in the name of Jesus.
