Urban Poly Princess

Last night I made Martha Stewart's pizza crust recipe and topped it with mayonnaise, spinach, onions and slices of American cheese. I get very creative when I'm out of ingredients. I'm grateful I STILL have a bunch of tuna left BUUUT I'm sick of it. I am going to buy more stuff I can freeze tomorrow. I haven't eaten any fruit in 2 days. My "pizza" was good right out of the oven. I'm making the crust again, this time with the olive oil it was supposed to have and the coarse salt. Shirokiya Japanese bakery of course IN HAWAII has these amazing rolls with what tastes like mayo, tomato, cheese and ham. They are scrumptious. I was trying to imitate that taste. I MISSED. My mayo seemed to melt right into the crust. My favorite pizza in Hawaii is the spinach teriyaki chicken from Dominos. I can just make that myself. I don't know why I don't always make my own pizza crust. It is delicious and I can put the toppings I want on it.

I'm going to experiment. I bet if I rolled it and halved the dough I could make two cracker-thin-crust pizzas. Time to cook more.

Esther gave me the lease for my couch yesterday at church. The total purchase price is LOWER than I expected. It is 764.99. I'll give her 105.51 tomorrow and it'll be delivered in a couple weeks. The balance of that is 659.48. Divided by 4 that is 164.87. It is 120 days same as cash. I also want a Queen size bed but I don't need it right now. Those are the only things I'll buy new. I just want the mattress and box spring. DI sells new those metal bed frames that are about $50. I DON'T want or need a sleigh bed frame or any of those fancy frames. The rest of my decor I can get from DI eventually when I encounter it or from Ross or TJ Maxx. Those red velvet chairs I got from DI for $3 each were such a great purchase. They look amazing in my house and go with all the rest of my furniture.

I can't spend a bunch of money on furniture when I can just redo something I can find for next-to-nothing and then put in the effort to make it look good. I enjoy that. Real Estate is a natural thing for me to do next. I am so blessed. We all are abundantly blessed. We have so many opportunities to learn and grow...especially now.
