I really want to do the Real Estate thing. It's just going to require me to be more disciplined. My MBA is done so I should do this since I've always wanted to do this. It'll put Toastmasters on hold but that's alright. I don't like that it's Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-10 starting the 19th until December 10th.I'll miss FHE and ward temple nights for the rest of the year. BUT I'm supposed to get married anyway. I can remain open to that possibility but why not prepare to make some money on the side anyway? Real Estate is one of the few things I can do on the side that'll make enough money AND actually can make a whole LOT of money quick.

I'd like to attend all those Success 2013 seminars AND I'm sure they'll offer me special deals since they took ALL of my information. I like Les Brown's advice to Be Focused, Relentless and HUNGRY to make your life count.While I could pay some bills and take this in January, it's better to take it now and be done in December and have my license then.
