AWESOME!!! My old zonie has been a real estate agent for over the last 10 years. He told me if I could just do 2 deals a year it would be profitable part time. EXACTLY what I wanted to hear!!! He told me there is so much to learn and that it is MUCH too easy to get a Real Estate license. I agree BUUUT I am glad it is easy. He said you are dealing with thousands of dollars and accountants and attorneys are required to have extensive training AND be licensed. Real Estate agents actually work with the same type of money but don't have to have extensive training. Stockbrokers don't need extensive training either. That's the only other person I can think of.

I told him I can do showings in the evenings and on the weekends. He said that was good but that I would need to be able to carve out 15 minutes here and there to meet with clients, shoot them email and to go over things like offers and closings. I think my addiction to HGTV is a good thing. I enjoy watching the whole process. I forgot my paperwork for my couch at home. I'm going to have to go there before I go to the bank. I then need to pay off my loan shark and put the down payment on my couch. With the remaining money I want to buy some food BUUUT I intend to make these dollars stretch as in COUPON-shopping like I used to. It is completely worth the extra time. I need to be back in that mold.

I'm getting hungry!!! I need to dash home and grab my paperwork for my couch then run ALL my errands. My vts are visiting me right after work. I love those women!!!
