Wednesday

EMZ is the one thing I am consistent with. I am happy for it. I tried to push myself this morning. When I stop doing that the gains will also stop. As it gets easier it is hard not to push myself all the time, I looked at Youtube EMZ videos yesterday and some people have been doing this for awhile without changing their body shape. Liu has gained so much weight and Betsy has lost so much weight. Sinai is heavier than I remember her but not much different from the videos posted.

Besty Naeata posts on Facebook like she is attending Zumba everyday but she isn't at least not in Glendale. She may be going to Zumba in West Jordan with MZL. I forgot what that stands for.

Last night I went to buy garments at the distribution section of Deseret Book at City Creek Mall. I love that place. It reminded me of being a shopaholic teenager. It has Banana Republic, The Gap, Limited Express, Nordstrom, Macy's and Sephora. I felt a little like I was in heaven.

I actually found an apartment complex I like around here. It is called Cityscape and it is beautiful. I would rather however renovate my mother's house because it costs $1700 for a 2-bedroom apartment. This house is in the perfect location. I love being so close to downtown with no HOA fees ALTHOUGH I still love those Westgate Lofts.

Wherefore, I write a few more things, contrary to that which I had supposed; for I had supposed not to have written any more; but I write a few more things, that perhaps they may be of worthunto my brethren, the Lamanites, in some future day, according to the will of the Lord.

Free Forever, to Act for Themselves - D. Todd Christofferson
It is His plan and His will that we have the principal decision-making role in our own life’s drama.
A God who makes no demands is the functional equivalent of a God who does not exist.
is also a world without ultimate truth or justice. It is a world where moral relativism reigns supreme.
Freedom comes not from resisting it but from applying it.
It is God’s will that we be free men and women enabled to rise to our full potential both temporally and spiritually, that we be free from the humiliating limitations of poverty and the bondage of sin, that we enjoy self-respect and independence, that we be prepared in all things to join Him in His celestial kingdom.
am under no illusion that this can be achieved by our own efforts alone without His very substantial and constant help. “We know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do.”24 And we do not need to achieve some minimum level of capacity or goodness before God will help—divine aid can be ours every hour of every day, no matter where we are in the path of obedience. But I know that beyond desiring His help, we must exert ourselves, repent, and choose God for Him to be able to act in our lives consistent with justice and moral agency. My plea is simply to take responsibility and go to work so that there is something for God to help us with.

I am trying to eat my ota because I really don't want to keep raw fish that long even if it has a bunch of lemon juice and coconut milk to keep it from going bad. It is sooo good. I'm glad I bought it from Moni.
