Urban Poly Princess

Erin Maus and I visited with Helen Brower from the ward. I picked up my glasses with the correct prescription from Walmart and then went to my optometrist to also get more contacts. Before going to my visit I put on my contacts AND some makeup then I came home and took everything off. I don't want to overdo it and relapse.

I started laundry last night and am finishing that now. I still love my apartment. The appliances are top-of-the-line. I purposely loaded my dishwasher with stuff that I DIDN'T rinse. I had a spatula I used for my peanut sauce and I didn't rinse it off AT ALL. I wanted to test this dishwasher. It is INCREDIBLE. I washed my plastic containers AND everything else and it CAME OUT CLEAN. I would only wash glass stuff along with my utensils in my old dishwasher. Usually it was a pain just to have to load/finse dishes. I usually washed things by hand unless I used a lot of dishes. There's a setting for pots and pans. I usually NEVER wash these in a dishwasher BUT I am trying that now so I hope it comes out well.

My friend Elenoa came over last night. She actually toured my apartment with her handicapped friend. She told me that's why the washer and dryer are front-load appliances. I looove them!!! How the hell am I EVER going to use something inferior now???!!! My stove stays cool even when I use the oven, if the dishwasher cleans up my pots and pans well I am in serious trouble. I am spoiled with these amazing appliances and I LOOOVE IT!!!

I'm not moving from here UNTIL I move from Logan. I wish this was done when I first moved here. BUUUT I'm glad I'm here now. My friend told me my location is much better. She said even though I kept my apartment nice and clean this location is better.

I need to use my steamer now and also buy my Hoover. Good appliances are SOOO WORTH IT. I bought a used washer and dryer last time because whenever I'd do laundry at a laundry mat those washers and dryers look like they came out of the 70s and they still run well. My used washer and dryer were in great condition HOWEVER they did not front-load, dry amazingly FAST OR have a damp-dry setting.

I'm so grateful for my blessings. I can definitely see why I was prompted to move here.

This is another VERY familiar chapter. I have ALWAYS loved this verse because it reminds me where my mistakes need to end... at the thought stage so they never manifest themselves!!!
