19 But behold, the ^aSpirit of the Lord had ceased striving with them, and ^bSatan had full power over the ^chearts of the people; for they were given up unto the hardness of their hearts, and the blindness of their minds that they might be destroyed; wherefore they went again to battle.

 29 Wherefore, he did pursue them, and on the morrow he did overtake them; and they fought again with the sword. And it came to pass that when they had ^aall fallen by the sword, save it were Coriantumr and Shiz, behold Shiz had fainted with the loss of blood.

 30 And it came to pass that when Coriantumr had leaned upon his sword, that he rested a little, he smote off the head of Shiz.

 31 And it came to pass that after he had smitten off the head of Shiz, that Shiz raised up on his hands and ^afell; and after that he had struggled for breath, he died.

 32 And it came to pass that ^aCoriantumr fell to the earth, and became as if he had no life.

An entire people fall to the sword. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I can't imagine preparing for war FOR 4 YEARS!!! ONLY to fight all day when they FINALLY go to battle and have no victor the first day or EVER. 

I feel so media deprived. My phone reception sucks at my new place BUT I don't really want to give up my cheap phone service with Virgin Mobile. My internet isn't set up there. I think I have to buy a router. ALSO my TV isn't set up either. Since I'm paying for the damn thing whether I want to or not I'm going to get it. I like Direct TV anyway. I spoke to someone who said someone else will call me to set up a time to connect me. 

The internet people ALSO have to call me back. I still have all my clothes to unpack.

I am so grateful to my home teacher Jeff who brought a trailer to help me move my stuff Friday. Mark brought his truck too and showed up before I was there along with Lauresa. I also had my visiting teacher Jenn show up. Marci was out of town. Josh couldn't make it until later because he had to work. I can't believe how much they moved. They needed two loads or 1 1/2 rather. 

I treated them to lunch at Elements. They all got dessert specials too. I can't believe how reasonable it was. It was about 43 for all four of us AND they got dessert specials. I was too full to get dessert. Lauresa had to go to work so she left without eating with us. 

I was rushing to submit my deposit/sign my lease and got pulled over. The policeman gave me a break. I didn't have my current insurance card on me so he wrote me a ticket for that. I just have to show it to the Providence court house. 

I still had to finish cleaning my bathroom and kitchens. I expected it to take a couple hours NOT until 5am Saturday morning. The inspector guy gave me a break and let me have Saturday to clean so I could have gone home slept then returned to finish the next day but I just wanted to finish so I did. The next morning I was up at 8am. SUCKY but I couldn't sleep and I kept wanting to unpack and hang pictures. 

I emptied ALL the kitchen boxes. I need to reorganize stuff. I also need some sort of stool in there. The perils of being short. NOOOT cool or FUUUN!!! I looove my walk-in closet so far. It is nowhere near as great as those Korean drama closets BUUUT it is better than my closets at my last place. 

NOOOOT looking at the actual apartment I'd be living in was a mistake. I want to get rid of my plastic drawers and my wicker drawers and buy a tall set of drawers made with real wood. I bought a shower curtain at Walmart. It is the same print and color as my comforter. 

My master bathroom is set up for someone in a wheelchair. There are bars by the shower head to hold on to and a chair that folds down. There is also a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. I took a shower and a bunch of water pooled near where the sides of a tub should be. Instead there are no sides or tub. No bubble bath for me unless I use the guest bathroom. I had to use my towel to mop up the excess water. And THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT WITHOUT SEEING THE ACTUAL APARTMENT FIRST!!!

At least the shower head removes and moves with some sort of waterproof flexible pipe/cord. My shower at my last place had that feature too I would've missed now. I LOOOVE my granite countertops and cabinets. They are gorgeous and look incredible with my pictures. I couldn't resist hanging a couple of pictures. There is so much to do still. I REALLY need a stool so I can organize my food/dishes nicely. I need to buy a bunch of grey towels for my guest bathroom. All of my furniture looks like it was picked specifically for my new place. Everything's maroon, green or black. Even my shoe boxes have mauve covers that go with the whole maroon thing. Funny I didn't like that they didn't have white. Now I realize it looks like it was purchased on purpose. 

I can't wait until this is all DONE!!! I want everything to be unpacked and organized. It is a high priority for me to do this. The TV guy called and set an appointment for Wednesday between 9 and 11am. That means I'll trade with Judy for Wednesday. I haaate staying here late BUT sometimes you have to do what you need to do.

My new place is actually closer to work. The roads are crappy to get to either however. I like my new location. I just wish my phone worked better. I am paying $35 a month for my service which is beautiful. I want to keep it that way. There are IPhones I can get too with the Virgin Mobile service plan.
