Urban Poly Princess

I just received a text message from Carline. She canceled dinner tomorrow and said she'll do it sometime next month. Uh huh - I don't like having to cook for ANYONE all the time OR have things at my house ALL the time either. Sooo my initial feeling was right. We'll see how hard she tries now.

I love my Poly sisters BUT I need to be wise about how I spend my time and something I've learned about living here in Logan is that when I was in Salt Lake I spent most of my time with my cousins, and immediate family. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews. This is fine but none of that helps me find a husband which is what is most important to me now and actually should've been important to me for the last decade AND it was BUT I think I've learned A LOT about myself since moving here.

It's easy for me to dismiss people and for the first time I'm thinking I do that too quickly and expect other people to be perfect even when I am far from it. I love this gospel so much and I am so grateful for the opportunities I have to learn and grow, to become better each day.
