My Random Blogging Therapy
Oh lovely day!!! I loooved seeing this!!! I'm VERY close to a normal range now. I think ideally I should be around 140. I could't sleep last night until I did something I resisted until an hour before I should've been up. I know already resistance is futile, still I fight it. What is my problem? Now I have an hour to get ready for work meaning I can't do Zumba AND take a shower AND get ready for work. I'll just do Zumba after work today. Maybe I can eliminate my symptoms even faster than I first thought possible. Forget 3 months, I can probably do this in 2 although I do need 3 to lose the weight I need to lose.
I'm going to get ready for work and go early. It'll be great. One of the best things about my blood sugar is that I ate the chocolate covered granola bar right before bed. The carbs are only 18g which is fabulous!!! I haaave to workout today. I also need sleep however and working out when you haven't slept enough is stupid. That number is making me VERY happy!!!
