My Random Blogging Therapy
In an effort to feel better I made myself 4 small breakfast sandwiches for dinner. This included sausage, egg, avocado, cheese and then mayo on 4 whole wheat English muffins. I should've just had 2. I feel awful. That was just stupid.
I'm feeling better. I'm drinking the last of my diet Dr. Pepper. It's not good for diabetics BUT at least it's sugarfree. I bought more food I think is safe BUUUT I think it's stupid to just throw away all the food I already have now. I'm only buying my Sobe lifewater. They taste great and are flavored by Stevia.
