My Random Blogging Therapy
While I am doing everything whole wheat now the whole wheat bread I looked at had 20 grams of carbs while the white bread had 15. The whole grain should be more filling despite this. I bought the white bread BUT now I wish I didn't. After getting my nails done I bought a loaf of bread from the bread thrift store. I toast all my bread anyway. While I kept thinking I need to be concerned with my sugar grams it's my carb grams that matter more according to the dietician I spoke with. Most of my diet changes are fine although she warned me that my sugar free pudding still had carbs and wasn't a freebie.
I'm not going to throw out all my nuggets and patties I got from couponing but I will eat them sparingly. I ate some of my meatballs. They have less carbs than the nuggets and chicken patties.
I'm doing more internet research HOWEVER I also can't wait to get my Yoli!!!
