Urban Poly Princess

We went over the state portion of the exam. I'm going to ace that part at least. I need to ace both. I didn't do ANY studying OR cleaning today. Class was productive BUT I wasted A LOT of time today. I'm going to study tomorrow then take questions with me to work with Adam on Wednesday. He lives in the other complex owned by Wasatch Apartments. Of course he does. He is gay BUT he is definitely compatible with me. I figured that out right away. It's good to have a gay friend because I don't feel uncomfortable about hanging out with him because there is no way I can give him the wrong idea. I REALLY like that. I'm not wasting my time either because he has extensive experience and is a very good professional contact in my new part-time career. I REALLY like Real Estate so far or at least what I know about it.

It is fun to develop myself professionally in another area I enjoy even if I haven't worked in it yet. I like Real Estate even more than librarianship BUT I feel compelled to do something that requires a master degree the way it does. I want to be in leadership or the director in someplace like Logan or the manager of a city or county branch in a place like Salt Lake City. I love both of my careers!!! It is exciting for me to develop this part time.

I started watching a new Korean drama that wasted a bunch of my time. Prosecuter Princess is great so far. Krista asked me if she could be my room mate. I told her I don't want a room mate and I can't fit all my stuff. I've already decided my next room mate will be my husband and it's not an adjustment I'm looking forward to either. I like deciding myself how to decorate and how clean I keep something. I know already I'm going to have to compromise a lot there. I know I disappointed her but I don't want to do it. I'd love the extra money BUT I don't want to give up any of the freedom I enjoy at home. When I get married compromising is for the greater good. I'm not going to do that until I have to.

I can't tell if Shane in my class is gay or not but I think he is. He doesn't have the experience Adam has however. They both signed up with one of our teachers. Andrea is awesome and she enjoys teaching. Coldwell Banker is the most convenient for me BUUUT Jette Youngblood recommended Cornerstone and that intrigues me. I will definitely interview several. While it would be fun to work with Adam and Shane it would also be an advantage to already know people in different companies. I'm going to consider all my options.

Having had room mates in the past and having a mission companion was no picnic. At least with a spouse I know it's part of my necessary eternal progression.
