Blu ray players are all about $100. I'll do that later. for right now I need an attatchment to my MAC so I can use my TV NOW. I have to spend about $20 but online these are about $6 through BestlinkNetware. Those shouldn't cost me too terribly much. I need to check out Best Buy during my lunch hour. I am anxious to see my new flatscreen in action. I woke up at 5:30 am, did Zumba AND got ready for work. I got to work right on time. I ate a sourdough breakfast sandwich tater tot hashbrown thngs and Diet Dr. Pepper from Carl's JR. I filled my soda cup with water.

It's almost time for my 10am mocha shake. I need to replenish my shake supply. Sooo good!!! I like eating like this although I still didn't buy fruit and veggies. I just read an article recapping a Dr. Phil show where he talked about how supplementing our diet with calcium and vitamin D will help you lose belly fat-50 % FASTER. Pretty major claim there. I need to try.

Another thing he mentions is using coconut oil and eating avocados and oranges together. that'll be one of my veggies everyday now and one of my fruits. I looove avocados. Oranges are the other fruit my father HAD to have all the time along with watermelon so I can and will eat them but these are NOT the first fruit I'll pick up.

I still feel like I need more sleep. Even though I woke up early to workout I still feel like I was just going through the motions because I'm sleepy. I called Erin Maus-my VT partner last night we are shooting for VT this Sunday.
