I don't think so BUT I did drink A LOT of water after working out sooo I'm going to weigh myself again. I also have on my boots. Katie asked me if I wanted to take them off. NOOO I have one lime green sock on and one beige sock. My boots hide them BUUUT that wouldn't work if I took them off. I don't really care what the scale says because I'm eating AND feeling better. AND I worked out this morning. I love working out to my Zumba DVD on my new 32" flatscreen, it is beautiful!!!

I love, love, looove my flatscreen!!! Watching my Korean dramas on that thing is AMAZING!!! Lalala LOOOVE IT!!! I'm not going to bother getting netflix or hulu either. The free stuff is more than enough. I can get new episodes on network or channel websites too. That is more than enough for my viewing needs. I will get a blu-ray simply to play DVDs.

FINALLY got my 2nd reviewer revisions back. Changes are minor so I will completeand email them to my committee chair tonight. I took president's day off. I don't want to be here if the students won't be here. I want her to get back to me and have my final hard copies turned in this weekend.

I'm going to do some weight-training tonight. I need to get back in the zone. I looove weight-training. You don't need as much cardio but I intend to keep my cardio going anyway daily except Sunday. I wanted to go on the Riverwalk every Sunday. That is the type of "hiking" I could definitely do-a nice stroll on level ground through beautiful scenery.

I can try for the first time Sunday. Time to drink my shake. I love eating 6x a day because I'm never hungry although sometimes I have to remind myself to eat.
