My Random Blogging Therapy
A little sensitive but not unbearable or excessively so. The initial pop on hurt but I don't have the pain everyone was talking about. March 4th then another 3 weeks and I should be done. Then I'll go to my dentist, get my crown and I may have to do more of these BUT I'm used to them now so even if I do have to return back it shouldn't be much of an inconvenience AND I'm very happy these are difficult to detect, I guess that's the whole point of getting these in the first place.
This morning I took a calcium/vitamin D supplement, ate half an avocado and orange along with a couple eggs and a couple slices of spam. I finished it off with some blueberry yogurt. So I'm incorporating the Dr. Oz advice we discussed. My alarm went off at 5:30 and I stayed in bed half an hour before doing Zumba, jumping in the shower, eating breakfast, getting ready for work, seeing my orthodontist for a minute-whew!!! Now I'm at work figuring out what books to order asap.
We have weigh-in today. Weekly weigh-in-alright. I want to get that tea Dr. Oz was talking about. It's called Matcha tea which is supposed to make you alert AND calm. Caffeine makes you jittery. You are supposed to make it with ginger. I'll get that later.
I need to work out harder and incorporate weights. Everytime I look at some of the "fit" women in my ward I am reminded of the need to truly exert yourself when you work out. Your body won't change without weights and without pushing yourself. I like that Zumba naturally uses high interval parts to exert yourself fully and then to bring it down. Working harder, smarter and in less time has always been my goal. I'm incorporating Dr. Oz's suggestions. I need to watch his other videos.
My mother quotes him all the time. VERY IRRITATING!!! She would love it if I told her I'm doing something he recommended. I just like his advice because it's current.
