Monday

I set my alarm for 5:15 BUT then I snuggled back to my cosy bed. I tried AGAIN at 6:45 and did a mini workout since I didn't have time. I feel like I'm eating all the time with this program. I'm still sleepy. NOT GOOD. My fhe group is meeting at 6:30 at the church. I have on my lacey white with black stripes blouse over my white dress. I wore black nylons and some funky period-looking black shoes I saw at Walmart in Glendale about 5 years ago. I find things in the strangest places. I love these shoes. They are not stilletos and are comfortable even after wearing them all day. They'll be fine tonight. It'll be interesting to see the hat Lynette found. I need to remember to bring my piggy bank with me. I think I captured the damsel in distress look. I need to put my hair up in a bun but I'm going to wait until I see that hat to play with it.

I ate 2 breakfast sandwiches because I had a coupon in the mail for 2 monster biscuits from Carl's JR. I only needed 1 BUT I ate 2 because it was there. I wasn't hungry when I ate the second one.  One of the students brought me her tuna dip to try that she served at her Superbowl party. It had green chiles, onions, tomatoes and a couple spoonfuls of mayonnaise. It was full of protein!!! I ate that with some chips she brought for me to try with it. It was good but I don't think I'll be making it myself. I had a mocha shake with 17 grams of protein too. At 1pm I heated and ate my rice and BBQ chicken I made last night. It was good BUT I just can't help but compare it to chicken teriyaki, lemon chicken, chicken katsu and even ginger chicken. All of those are better as is curry chicken. Hickory chicken is alright BUT I won't be making it again. It's like comparing cold cereal to a hot breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and pancakes. It just doesn't compare although nothing's wrong with it.

I still have enough of it for dinner tonight. I can force myself to eat it OR throw it away.

Wow. I just noticed it's 4pm-time to drink my other shake in the fridge. NOT hungry at all BUT I guess this is how it's supposed to be. I don't think I'm going to have time to eat my 7pm meal unless I drink a shake and then another one at 10pm. I suppose sometimes it comes to this. Going to get my shake. Myoplex are the best AND I don't like mixing the powders. It never turns out just right.
