Sleeping my life away.

I don't get my I'm so tired when I'm eating well AND working out. I slept until 11:30 today and I went to bed before midnight. Weird. I made rice and I'm going to make musubi for dinner. I cut up my leftover jumbo shrimp and made noodles, shrimp and brocolli. I also cut up an avocado, orange and drank some water. Soon after that I had a protein shake.

Now I'm hungry again. Time for me to go downstairs and make myself a couple of chicken sandwiches. I'm eating some yogurt this time too. Eating now. This has been pretty easy so far. I guess I'm just really ready for this change now.

Non-fat Greek yogurt is really good. I bought it at the suggestion of Dr. Oz. I'm watching Faith-a Korean drama with a doctor who travels in time. I keep feeling like I'm going to fall asleep but then I don't. I'm going to watch more, workout then eat.

I read Pres. Uctdorf's talk today about regrets and resolutions.
