My Random Blogging Therapy
So if this just would last to the morning I'd be good. I ate bacon, spinach, cheese and eggs then I munched on what remained of my pound of almonds. I need to cook something, probably spaghetti sauce I can eat over broccoli and cheese. That sounds REALLY good right now. I'm trying to get through my YOLI shake right now. My carb day was yesterday and I didn't think about it at all so having broccoli tonight should be just fine.
I hope my BS is just coming down in general now and that it continues to reduce until it's a NORMAL number.
