I tested my blood sugar at lunch time and it was 132!!! Nice BUUUT I don't think my fasting blood sugar has come down and I STILL want it below 100 WITHOUT Metformin but I don't know how long that'll take. I am eating well and I don't think I've lost anything else. This Yoli day 15 of my 30-day transformation thing.
