My Random Blogging Therapy
This morning I went to a 6-hour Real Estate New Agent class all new agents are required to take in the first 2 years. It cost 130.00. I haaated it!!! It reminded me of the 120 hours I sat through. I am sooo glad I passed my test because that was sooo awful. The information is still pretty fresh in my head so nothing was new. We went over ethics which are written in the most possibly boring way they could figure out how to do that. Lunch is included so I had cauliflower cream soup and a large salad with 2 eggs. They had ravioli for the main dish so it was a definite NOOO. I hope they have something else I can eat tomorrow.
I can't believe I have to sit through another 6 hours tomorrow. Talk about cruel and unusual punishment. Financially it is discouraging to even become a RE agent in the first place. Forget being a good real estate agent. The state is offering a 3-credit class for free. I think it's in May but Gordon said he thought it was earlier this month here so I may just have to get it somewhere else.
I just got a mushroom-swiss burger wrapped in lettuce at Carl's JR. I'm sooo glad they have some sort of fast food I can eat out there. I can't wait to buy food tonight. I'm here until 9:30. I noticed we had FERPA training at our coordination meeting so I'm going to find out what I need to do and actually see if Bryan can give it to me now.
My last aligner is in and it is painful. I hate the first couple of days. I have to keep reminding myself the pain will be gone probably on Saturday and most definitely Sunday. I'm sooo glad it's about finished. I'm here at work where I'll be until 9:30 tonight since I got Judy to work for me earlier today so I could attend that RE class from hell. Gordon is sweet and he's a good teacher. There's just only so much I can stand that looong.
