Younique didn't answer ANY of my MANY emails!!! I am sitting on hold now after WAITING over 1/2 an hour. I guess it's alright BUT it keeps ringing now making me think someone is actually going to answer but then they don't. I want to do something else but I keep feeling like I need to sit here and wait for them to answer me.

OVER an hour on the phone with Younique MOSTLY on hold. They are sending me my presenter's kit FINALLY!!! I probably won't receive tracking BUUUT I hope to receive it FINALLY. I am using the sample color pigments Jana sent me but those will be done soon.

I do REALLY like my liner brush. Combined with the pigments I haven't used eyeliner in 3 days but the effect is the same. Even in pictures it looks like I have eyeliner on but I don't. Eyeliner is expensive. This makes me very happy. The mascara comes off easily

The customer service lady said she'd make sure the Presenter's kit was sent to me AGAIN asap. It is hard for me to believe this occurred this many times. I love their products so I am happy I got extra stuff. I'm getting another mascara and face brushes plus the pigments I'm REALLY excited about. The only brush I don't have is the new foundation brush. I have $29 YCash I'm happy about too that I can use on anything. I think I'll purchase the foundation or the primer.

If I get the mascara I can give it to my nieces AND I'm giving them makeovers and taking pictures along with Alisa for Facebook. It'll be my Younique pictures. I'll try to catch Nakita too and Trishelle, Vai's wife. They will all make amazing models for me. Except for Trishelle Poly beauties and YES I include myself in that!!!

This stupid lady from Younique left ANOTHER message on my phone asking me to email OR CALL THEM BACK AGAIN TO GIVE THEM THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I WANT TO SCREAM AT HER. SHE ASKED ME THIS ON THE TELEPHONE AND I ASSURED HER THE ADDRESS WAS FINE NOW!!! I FEEL LIKE CRYING. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL HAS TO HAPPEN FOR ME TO GET THIS.

NOW I AM CRYING AS THE DAMN PHONE CONTINUES TO RING AND RING AND RING INTERSPERSED WITH ELEVATOR MUSIC. IF THEY CAN'T GET THIS RIGHT THIS WEEK I WANT A DAMN REFUND AND YOUNIQUE CAN GO TO HELL!!!

WOW!!! I am on HOOOLD AGAIN!!! Alright so I'm DONE. Either I get this kit this week or I will be requesting a refund.
