We left late although we got to conference right on time. The talks were amazing after all the boring statistical stuff. Carline invited me to go when I was watching the morning session so really I need to watch the morning session again. I was especially touched by Elder Bednar''s talk on chastity and virtue. I loved it.
Following conference we walked around and then we WAITED in line with a bunch of other women to get a free honeycomb jar filled with toffee. It is a tiny jar and NOT worth the half hour I spent in line. There were actually many women who stood in line. Carline took me and Jen to this very good Korean restaurant in Layton. The food is excellent!!! It is the typical hole in the wall place that serves delicious food.
The Kim Bap rolls are DELICIOUS and only cost 3.99. These are sooo good and I look forward to having another roll I bought for lunch tomorrow. I'm definitely going back there. What a blessing it was for me to go to conference AND that restaurant. I am so full.
I calmed down a lot. I'm not going to make my dean feel bad beyond what I've already told her. I will continue to take measures to have my grade changed but I'm not going to deliberately try to make her feel bad even if that's what she did with me.
I'm exhausted.
