Even with those racist proclivities the idiot dean didn't have to look far to confirm my abilities. I have an online portfolio, a LinkedIn profile AND she could find at least one article I wrote on the first Google page results by typing my name.

AHHH!!! GRRR!!! Her behavior is unconscionable AND perhaps I will specifically go to work today to see if she's responded to my email AND to send a scathing additional message. A dean in academia who can't recognize a grammatically perfect paper but still feels qualified to grade anyone's thesis is ridiculous. I plan to share that with her too.
