Thank goodness it's the weekend!!! My home teacher tried to give me a jump start which didn't work. I can't get it towed anywhere now. I'm glad I don't have a car payment BUT when things like this happen I want to scream!!! I should be grateful it happened on my day off and that I can catch the FREE transit tomorrow morning to get my car towed to a mechanic tomorrow. I just finished dropping 140.00 on stuff I don't need at Dillards before I went to Smith's to pay my net bill. I NEVER would've bought anything if I knew this would happen!!! I need to do it tomorrow morning. I'm going to get up early and go to the transit center before I figure out where to tow it to get it fixed. I WISH my brother lived here. I want to scream and cry but that's not going to do anything. ANY of my car drama has ALWAYS been on the weekend so I should be happy for that. I need to go to Provo the first week of May and then later I need to hit up Salt Lake City for my mother's birthday, Mother's Day and then Memorial Day I think is on my mother's birthday this year and I wanted to take her to the Iosepa Day celebration so I could feel my Hawaiian roots.

I REALLY wish my brother lived here or within driving distance at least. If this happened in Salt Lake City I'd still call him even if he was a half hour away. I STILL called him. I'm used to doing that. He always has good advice for me. He wants me to get the charging system checked out. He said from everything I told him it sounds like the alternator. Jonni gave me a ride to my car while Josh tried to jump it. My brother thinks I needed a bigger car to jump me and that it wasn't allowed to charge enough. George said the charge should have been left at least 10-15 minutes and it wasn't. I just don't know. Jonni called her neighbor to come and check it out. His name is Spencer and he is in my ward. He's from England. Someone told me he was from South Africa. I can't really distinguish British accents. I just lump them all together.

I'm grateful for this gospel and for my ward members who were very helpful to me today. I wish I knew how much this car thing was going to set me back. Mayonnaise was on sale at Smith's so I bought 5 jars, donuts and a chocolate cake roll. I definitely need to shop. I don't have any bread. I wish McDonalds delivered AND without increasing my bill. I guess it's another saimin night. I think I'll tempura the rest of my shrimp and watch my Korean drama Dr. Jin tonight.
