Monday

I'm getting more accustomed to early Zumba mornings. I may need to buy my bed in a week. Krista is going to crash at my house for a week since her friend is going to Provo and she doesn't want to just be there with her friend's husband and maybe children. I need to buy a bed anyway. I just didn't plan on getting one quite this soon. She was just going to sleep on the couch but that's going to screw up my Zumba schedule. I get up early and sleep early. I don't want to wake her up. Maybe I'll just get an air mattress. I want her to use the spare bedroom and then she can use the guest bathroom too. I hate mopping up the floor however so I take a shower in there too. I want to get a better shower head I can take off and use. The master shower has that and so did the shower in my townhouse.

When I took the sacrament yesterday I thought about how easy it was to do Zumba every morning but Sunday. It was an easy change with the temple. I didn't think I'd be as exhausted as I was Saturday. I thought since I went to bed early, got up and worked out then took a shower that I'd be full of energy. WRONG. I loved it BUT my feet were killing me and I was sooo ready for it to be over. I fell asleep after eating lunch/breakfast. I shouldn't have signed up to feed the missionaries or go out on splits with them that night either. This week I'm going to try and add weight-training and skating. I hope that gives me more energy. I may just have to drastically change what I eat. I'll see what the weight-training and skating do this week. I remember I didn't eat anything before I went to work there too. I'll just continue to make adjustments. This week I will weight-train, skate and eat breakfast in addition to the early morning Zumba habit I developed!!!

My couch is here but I'll get it changed Friday.
