My Random Blogging Therapy
I have faculty meeting at 2:30 so it'll be tight leaving to pick up my hard-bound thesis copies and then mailing them at the post office all in 1/2 an hour so I can be here in time for my meeting. There's always way more that needs to be done than there is time for. I decided to do my weight-training during my lunch hour but at home. This'll alleviate the need to change to go to the gym.
I got 2 country-burritos for breakfast from Carl's JR. I ate 1 for breakfast and the other one will be my 1pm meal. I also brought some yogurt. I just need to eat a bunch of fruit, veggies and the last of my potstickers. I'm buying potstickers from Costco when I go to SLC this weekend. I had my 10 am shake. When I stick to my eating schedule I never get hungry because I feel like I'm eating all day. I used to do 3 vegetables and 2 fruit a day but another plan I read had that reversed. I actually like that better.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I always have meetings so I'm going to have my weight-training days as MWF.
I called Mindie's dad and asked him for an estimate for the shelves going up to the ceiling. He gave me his email to send him the pictures I like. I need to stop by the Logan library more to get my free books. I also need to make a DI book purchase.
One of my goals before I leave Stevens-Henager College is to make the Learning Resource System gorgeous AND filled with items for students to read.
