Home!!!

I emailed a report to myself from work. Tomorrow we have to present our department plan to the rest of the staff. I FINALLY emailed Mindie's dad the pictures of what we want the shelves to look like. His plan is shelves we could buy anywhere. I want an estimate from the ceiling to the floor in that corner. If we are hiring someone to build us shelves we should get what we want.

Skating was a lot better than the first time I used my pretty skates. I love them. I got there slightly later than I usually do. There were lots of kids in the bowling area that had some sort of competition. It was nice and quiet on the rink and I was the only one there for most of the time. I really don't spend much time out there. I've figured out I spend about half an hour. This is going to be easy to master. It's just frustrating that it could've been there now if I had the money BUT I'm glad I bought my skates because I really don't want to get used to those crap rental skates.

Chris told me to skate to work in the summer. I would love to do that actually. If I could go early enough and do the Riverwalk before AND after going to work that would be amazing. My lunch hour is when I run errands however and not having my car to go somewhere may not work. I'd have to plan it. I could do it once in awhile.

I need oranges and avocados. Lee's Marketplace prices were NOT good for the things I want to get. I need to pay electricity and my gas bill still plus healthy food and gas for my car. My tithing I already made a cashier's check for and my bankruptcy monthly payment. I bought a $5 combo from Carl's JR at lunch time. I wanted Mo Bettah Steaks but since I can make that food I really shouldn't waste my money on it. I could probably make 5 plates with what they sell theirs for.

I saw sushi at Lee's and again I thought I can make sushi that tastes better so why spend on hers? I did buy some of their saimin bowls. They probably aren't selling them. They're usually a dollar unless you buy a case. They were .79. I think I'll clean the stock out. I should've done that. I want to get oranges and avocados from Walmart but I don't want to go to the store tonight.

Good day. I figured out I still can skate/workout on Thursday, Friday AND Saturday so the week hasn't been a complete waste. We need to present our department yearly plans tomorrow at 2. I emailed it to myself so I can have time to work on it and polish it before I need to share it. My business dean kind of gets on my nerves because although he works hard at teaching his students he doesn't get the value of reading the Wall Street Journal or ANY of the many business periodicals we subscribe to. It is truly a losing battle. I'm hoping I can change this perception.

I'm excited to teach my students to write a paper in the proper format in a week. I'm going to prepare sufficiently. I'm used to teaching them for one day and then working with them on their papers.
