This morning I noticed that my window in my spare bedroom was shattered. I put on my makeup in that room since I have my huge mirror there. George game me one of his old sound systems. I had borrowed it a year ago for a BBQ I had. He had 3 sound systems at his house during Memorial Day Weekend and I told him to give it to me for $100. It is $650 new but he got it at DI in Provo for $150. 

I couldn't do that myself. I wouldn't know what to buy or whether something worked or not. I wish I could tell but anyway I'm glad George could and did. It was perfect and it can play music from a phone or computer. Growing up with my brother ruined me. Crappy sound is crappy sound and it doesn't take much for me to recognize it when I confront it. 

I had left the system on the floor in my spare bedroom. My rollerblades were also on the floor. Those are both pricey items I had on the floor. The window thankfully is double-pane. I put the sound system and my rollerblades in closets instead of out in the open sitting on the floor. That may not make a difference BUUUT this REALLY ticked me off. The window shattering happened sometime between when I was at work and during  the night because I didn't go into that room after work. I am usually there in the mornings when I put on my jewelry or makeup. The sound system was only there a couple days because I only took it out of my car trunk a couple days ago. 

It also holds my jackets, boots, handbags and luggage. I have my temple ceremonial clothing in that closet too and large picture frames I'm going to fill with pictures I like eventually. It REALLY ticks me off that this happened. My apartment is supposed to be a nice SAFE area without that kind of thing happening to plague its residents. 

I like this scripture that allowed people to be despicable so the Lord could punish them later. 

I went to FHE last night. I think I saw Curtis but he's in a different group. I stayed for the lesson but I left when they began playing frisbee 500. Glade and Devry were acting like we should all know how to play... NOOO I certainly don't know how to play that. My visiting teachers are coming over tonight. I need to clean my kitchen. I picked up stuff but I definitely need to sweep my floor and wash my dishes at lunchtime so I don't have guests over when it's a mess.
