My Random Blogging Therapy
Last night we had a relief society activity putting together collages. Julie shared that she is moving from the Valley as soon as she gets a job. She has an interview in Salt Lake City sometime this week, maybe today even. Funny, Mindi just moved to Ogden. I wish I were moving. There's this huge movement out of the valley in the Midsingles wards and the irony is that I'm still here despite never wanting to be here in the first place. Hearing about everyone leaving makes me almost want to stay here... ALMOST!!!
I fell asleep watching a Korean drama episode then woke up around 4am to take out my contacts. Curtis had posted on his blog. He writes well and it was interesting to read about his first car or truck he worked on extensively with his father and finished just in time for his 16th birthday and driver's license. He is amazing. I always hate when people stereotype me based solely on how I look BUUUT I did the same thing to Curtis. You CANNOT fake the glow from having the light of Christ in your eyes. I don't care who you are. I underestimated him. I still don't know if he served a mission or even if he has a recommend now BUUUT he is spiritually sound and worthy of anyone's attention. I hope I can be too.
I can't wait to get to know him better.
