I submitted a request for my campus to pay for me to attend ALA in Vegas in a couple weeks. Sharla denied my first request saying financially the school couldn't afford to pay for me to attend. Since my friend the chair of the intellectual freedom committee is attending she said I could be her room mate there so that would be room and board for free!!! I tried to get the school to pay for me to attend but my new Director said he had to consider if it was an investment in the school.

It's not. I had to be honest and tell him the truth that I wasn't going to remain in Logan or with Stevens-Henager College next year. He is considering now whether he should find a way for me to move, to fulfill my obligation AND get out of here. I told him it would've been a lot better if I hadn't just renewed my lease. I certainly don't want to spend $800 a month for something I'm not living in if I can't sell my contract. I'm in one of the most expensive places in the damn city. I didn't expect to have to sell my contract. BUT I couldn't lie to him and it is his job to do the best thing for the school.

AND I FINALLY met someone fine. YES that doesn't mean anything is going to happen BUT I wanted to try at least. I REALLY like the way he looks which is why I keep asking myself if he wasn't so fine if I'd still like him. I think it is just part of the total person. He has the light of Christ in his eyes. He reminds me of that YW Janice Kapp Perry song, "Have You Received His Image in Your Countenance?" Does the light of Christ shine in your eyes. Will He know you when He comes again, Because you will be like Him? When He sees you will the Father know His child. By His everlasting image in your eyes.
