Urban Poly Princess

As soon as I got to work students were visiting me to check on their papers. Since I know this isn't continuing next module I was fine. I went to my CVLA meeting and it was SUPER!!! The by-laws are completed and we will have legitimate officers to run things by January. I joined the nominating committee and will help this come about.

Our next meeting is scheduled for January at South Cache JR/High School-meaning a school with 8th and 9th graders. WEIRD. Jaylene was great. She kept apologizing but she did a fantastic job. She is in the North Relief Society. I asked her if she attended FHE. I told her she needed to attend ours if she isn't attending at all. I told her we are having a fabulous fondue party and she agreed to come. Sheri Haderlie said she saw me at institute. Funny I only notice our ward. This other lady who is a librarian at  the Logan library said she saw me at the temple last night.

Very nice and very cool!!! Now I just have to notice them!!!

I returned to work after my meeting and I had even more papers to work on. Chris said not everyone is coming to me BUT I've seen 8 students so far and he has 14. It's due next Tuesday so I expect the stragglers to visit me then. We have an online paper editing service. Students need to submit their papers there, revise their paper AFTER they incorporate the suggestions. Following this I get to read comment and let them revise. I use red to indicate what they should add, yellow for what they should delete and I make comments in blue. Once I sign off on what they've done they turn in their corrected paper to Chris.

I was there until 9pm tonight reading and revising. It wasn't bad because I know it's coming to an end!!!

I looove that I don't work tomorrow!!!
