I like that he just reinforced this principle Covey taught me first. It can be applied to anything. It is important to learn independence which is a better state than dependence. Independence however is not the greatest state. Interdependence is the optimal state. World differences can apply this principal too. It's one of the reasons why I studied globalization in library school and it is the theme of my online portfolio.

Differences actually enhance our ability to confront challenges. Gender differences exist. Gender is eternal. We talked about this a little. These differences can help us identify better solutions. Despite this I think it is imperative to share things.

Wow I just got some fhe ideas-we can do both chocolate AND cheese-distribute invitations to our fondue party, assign people who don't attend to do the lesson, prayers, maybe a musical number and bring specific things for the fondue party.
