Party On

They planned to do the chocolate which is what I wanted them to do anyway. David completely calmed me down. I explained what I already did and things are alright. He was fine with what's already done. I need to RELAX. We didn't communicate well BUT it's o.k. and things will happen as they do. I told him the debate's at 7 and he said we can do the lesson at 6:30 which is what I was hoping and scheduled anyway.

I'm glad we figured that out. He told me Mindie likes the movie idea so when I hit up Salt Lake this next weekend I'm going to make sure I get enough furikake and mochi crunch at the Asian store. So I just need to borrow one more crock pot to make the caramel sauce. I'll ask Marci. Monday I'll just need to buy some carmel stuff, carrots, blanch my broccoli and cut it, buy some crusty bread and cut it up into cubes. I'm going to buy strawberries and pound cake from Sam's Club. I'm going to leave work early so I can do the last minute stuff.

I didn't want to worry about the chocolate fondue so I'm glad it worked out this way. David's right. It's o.k. and it'll be fine.

The speaker before dinner was REALLY good. He's a doctor. His testimony was incredible and he spoke with the spirit. He made me cry.

The dance. Oh the dance!!! The music SUCKED. Several people at the conference came back with their cowboy hats. I specifically bought my cowboy hats to wear to a rodeo or state fair AND take lots of pictures. Wear them dancing???!!! Hell to the NOOO!!! I stayed and danced to the dance instruction stuff which was a mixture of the waltz. Following this I got to hear the band. That was my cue to get the hell out of there.
