My Random Blogging Therapy
I talked to Jaylee who taught our class once and she was amazing BUUUT she is by herself in her business and doesn't want to change. I like that. Whoever becomes my broker I want to remain the same when I move to Salt Lake City in September 2015. Although I finish my obligation to Stevens-Henager College in March I'm finishing my 2-year commitment to the Logan temple in September.
I will see Larry Welsh at Coldwell Banker tomorrow at 3pm. I also emailed Robert Brown at Cornerstone Properties. He was recommended by Jette Youngblood when I first met with her and when I started this Real Estate thing. I'm not going to meet with any more. Coldwell Banker, Century 21, @ Home Realty Network, AND finally Cornerstone. I am most impressed with Cornerstone's online presence. Cornerstone also has a branch office in Layton and I think Salt Lake City run by Robert's brothers. I like that he's only been in the business 4 years but has found success. That is someone I want to learn from. I like that Jette Youngblood ONLY would recommend him. Unfortunately he's the last person I'm interviewing and he hasn't even returned my email yet although I just barely emailed him. He IS out-of-the-country. I like that too! All the brokers BUT Robert have been in the business over 10 years. I would like to work with someone fresh.
My nails need to be done today. Our ward temple trip to Bountiful was canceled because of the weather. More bad weather must be expected. Meeting with 4 different brokers will be great for me to choose from and just establish good relationships with all of them. Just from what I've been able to gather without meeting them I like Cornerstone best followed by @ Home Realty. Century 21 is third and FINALLY Coldwell Banker.
