My Random Blogging Therapy
162 this morning when I measured it before I went to bed at 138. It's down to 138 now AFTER waiting 3 hours AFTER just consuming broccoli, cheese and nori. I'm going to try weight-training AND skating tonight in my kitchen. I'm super-obsessive about EVERYTHING I put into my mouth. WHAT IS THIS GOING TO TAKE!!! My new plan since this isn't happening is to work-out MORE. I'm not supposed to be able to lose weight UNTIL my BS is below 100. I feel like that is NEVER going to happen. I'm trying so hard and nothing seems to work.
