My Random Blogging Therapy
Monday I called and set up 2 appointments with Brokers. Jette recommended Cornerstone to me and so I tried that first but the Broker is out of the country until the 15th. I talked to Kyle Livingston in my ward briefly so I decided to set up an appointment with his company or Century 21. When I told the broker I met Kyle Livingston he sang his praises. He said Kyle is extremely successful. That means he makes good money. I just don't see it. His personality is bland, his appearance is bland BUT he's very successful in RE sales. Good for him. If bishop hadn't told me he was a realtor I NEVER would go out of my way to speak to him. Friday I meet with his broker at 1:30. Their office is on 4th North and about 150 East. It is very convenient to my house. I am also meeting with Andrea who taught one of our classes the same day at 10am. She looks like she's in sales AND she has the accompanying personality. I would enjoy working with her. I can tell. She has that IT factor I like. I still want to explore my options first however. Adam and Shane from my class are with Andrea. I like her but she's going to be my first interview. I want to meet with at least several. I also want to meet with Larry Welsh at Coldwell Banker. Of course at least 1 of them is going to have to provide part time training which may not work for any of them BUUUT I will certainly try.

General Conference: Strengthening Faith and Testimony - Robert D. Hales
What is said is not as important as what we hear and what we feel.8 That is why we make an effort to experience conference in a setting where the still, small voice of the Spirit can be clearly heard, felt, and understood.
Oh, how we need general conference! Through conferences our faith is fortified and our testimonies deepened. And when we are converted, we strengthen each other to stand strong amid the fiery darts of these last days.9
I do love general conference and the specific guidance and comfort it gives me. There is so much I want to do. There is so much I need to do. I love writing. I needed to write that stuff this morning just to get it out. It is much more effective than burdening a friend.
