My Random Blogging Therapy
Nooo it didn't spike my sugar AT ALL!!! That is sooo wonderful!!! I found it through an ADA or American Diabetes Association website. I hope that continues to remain constant throughout the rest of the day. It means I can make stir-frys with meat and veggies again. I was feeling so deprived without it. I am going to change EVERYTHING to comply with Death-to-Diabetes BUUUT I'm NOOOT going to give up this pasta I found OR chocolate. I AM going to give up Cheetos. I'm going to do that for 1 month and see if I have steadied my BS. I need to do that quickly so I can wean myself from Metformin and before I can even hope to lose weight. I will revisit this on February 15. Once my BS is steadily under 100 I can start eliminating Metformin.
I need to start working part time on real estate right now. Just because I won't sign with a broker until March doesn't mean I can't or shouldn't begin working now. I'm going to start writing a Cache Valley news blog that will contain real estate news AND general interest news along with pictures and video. I eventually want video-editing software to do this well.
I can start getting listings or doing the prep. work for that.

3 For my soul delighteth in aplainness; for after this manner doth the Lord God work among the children of men. For the Lord God giveth light unto the bunderstanding; for he speaketh unto men according to their clanguage, unto their understanding.
20 Wherefore, ye must press forward with a asteadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of bhope, and a clove of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and dendure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eeternal life.
21 And now, behold, my beloved brethren, this is the away; and there is bnone other way nor cname given under heaven whereby man can be saved in the kingdom of God. And now, behold, this is the ddoctrine of Christ, and the only and true doctrine of theeFather, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, which is fone God, without end. Amen.
These scriptures remind me so much of my mission. We quoted this to investigators EVERY time to prepare them to be baptized. Porter is our new ward mission leader. He will do a fantastic job. I gave the sisters a ride Monday night from one of their appointments to a church. Sister Shreve called me a ward mission leader. I had to remind her I was a ward missionary NOT ward mission leader and that we didn't do that in our church. Then they were telling me maybe my husband in the future would be a ward mission leader. I told them he'd be a mission president. I REALLY hope he is. I know he'll be a leader in the church to the world. Most people I think would like that more AND although I'll love that too I ALSO want the mission president thing very much.
True Sheperds - Thomas S. Monson
The home teaching program is a response to modern revelation commissioning those ordained to the priesthood "to teach, expound, exhort, baptize... and visit the house of each member, and exhort them to pray vocally and in secret and to attend to all family duties, ... to watch over the church always, and be with and strengthen them; and see that there is no iniquity in the church, neither hardness with each other, neither lying, backbiting, nor evil speaking."
Home teaching is more than a mechanical visit once per month. Ours is the responsibility to teach, to inspire, to motivate, and where we visit those who are not active, to bring to activity and eventual exaltation the sons and daughters of God.
