My desire to do this part time seems like it is not something Brokers want to embrace. Larry Welsh has a lot of experience and he gave me a lot of good information. He enjoys training people and he has trained just about ALL of his competition. He knew EVERY single broker I plan to interview. His software is amazing and his agents are incredible too. He told me 95% of real estate agents drop out during the first year. I asked him about Andrea Wilson, Jack the Century 21 guy and Robert Brown. He is Andrea's neighbor. He said Jack is the only one in the area with more experience than him. He said he wanted to work with Robert Brown on something. Jette Youngblood said the same thing. I REALLY like that and I hope he becomes my broker.

I'd enjoy working with Larry BUUUT I'm not committed to make that type of change and I couldn't even if I wanted to do that. I still need to eat, pay my rent, all that good stuff. Elder Whetton encouraged me to do this part time. Adam Tripp encouraged me as well. I hope Robert Brown takes part time agents. Larry's just not willing to train anyone unless they will do this fulltime AND he is certainly welcome to do that.

I meet with Andrea with @Home Realty and Jack at Century 21 tomorrow. Robert Brown is on Monday.
