He is so beautiful. Walking Tall doesn't have a good storyline. U only watch this to see the Rock. I need a break from reading that thing however. I want to finish it and I'm learning a lot HOWEVER I'm driving myself crazy doing this. I need to get ready and go to the store and buy some more veggies. I REALLY hope the low-carb chocolate I have didn't spike my blood-sugar because I'm going to eat it ALL the time if it does. I REALLY hope this works.

My Christmas decorations are still up. I need to change that asap. I need to go to the post office and mail a bill. I think I'll wait until Monday to do that. I think monitoring this much is a good thing. It gives me immediate feedback so I can make adjustments.
