I think combined with working out this is all I need to do. Slowly I can add in fruit AFTER my blood sugar comes down BUUUT this is freaking EASY!!! I can't eat fruit AND chocolate BUUUT I think I just need it lowered for 3 weeks before I can safely and slowly start to incorporate other things like first FRUIT!!! This is sooo GREAT!!! I wish I knew this right at the beginning but then it may have been more difficult to incorporate. This way I can ease into it.

I also need to incorporate fish and/or tuna into my diet now. Cashews and celery are great. grapes will be alright later. I like spinach and broccoli. Who knew it was this easy!!!
