I went to get my nails done after I talked in Katie's Real Estate class but they were going to close in 1/2 an hour so my appointment is scheduled for today at 2pm. I heard back from Broker Robert Brown and have my last Broker appointment Monday at 2:30. Cornerstone's office is right by I think Mickey D's. I need to call them and be sure. He sounds like the best option for me AND the best location too. My lease is up in July. Maybe by then I'll move to those condos I always liked. I'll only be here another year and a half. I think they have garages. That is a deal-breaker. I think rent is 900 a month. I'll see how my sales go this year. I'm not going to BUT if I move there I could walk to work at BOTH places.

The Cornerstone agents seem much more independent. They all have their own websites which I like. Robert posts a lot of home videos. My broadcast journalism background is perfect for that. I just need a digital camera. He posts real estate information videos too. This is great HOWEVER I noticed his stuff is from 2011. DEFINITELY time to make these all fresh. What I love is he's found success in just 4 years. I don't plan on staying her after September 2015. I want to develop the skills that will allow me to work ANYWHERE. There are just 2 Cornerstone agents in Salt Lake City on their website. I'm not sure why. With Salt Lake City as the top market in the nation I plan to have some clientele there. Definitely my family.

If I like it and I'm successful at it like I feel I'm going to be, I can be a public librarian part time anywhere in the country. You can make a lot of money as a librarian manager or even just as a Senior librarian BUT I want time to develop this too.Doing this real estate thing makes me feel like I'm actually using my MBA. Real Estate is fantastic because you don't have to store inventory, people will always either be selling or buying homes AND the commission is substantial even for just a single transaction. It even lets me write AND produce real estate news. This is all fun to me.

I enjoy writing and I've had the training to prepare me for that. I can certainly produce video as well. This is going to be even more fun than I thought AND I've prepared for this even if I didn't think about it when I did. I'm loving this more and more.
